Orders are picked, cleansed and packed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Typical delivery is about 10–15 days after dispatch. Shipping is free on US orders over $50; orders under $50 pay a flat rate of $5.99.

Every order ships plastic-free in recycled, compostable materials. Each piece is wrapped for protection and arrives in a linen pouch with an intention card.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (US) or 21 days (international), contact us and we will replace or refund your order — your choice.
