When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order details. Payment card details are processed by Stripe or PayPal and never touch our servers.

We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) to improve the store experience.

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to customer service requests, and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter with crystal care guides and offers.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

Order records are retained as required by tax and commerce law (typically 7 years). All traffic is encrypted with TLS; access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing care@auralischarms.com. Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU/EEA or California, you additionally have rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, which we honor globally.
