Refund Policy

If a piece does not feel right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

Email care@auralischarms.com with your order number (CI-…) and the item you would like to return. We will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid US return label. International customers: we will guide you to the most affordable return option.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — keep the damaged item with our compliments.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of the return being received and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (earrings) can only be returned if unworn and in original packaging. Final-sale and clearance items are marked clearly and are not eligible for returns.
